Budget
| Stichting Levi Lassen’s annual budget stands at € 2,400,000 approximately half of which (€ 1,200,000) will be donated to projects in Israël.
The budget is managed subject to the following rules:
-
The foundation achieves its objectives using its own capital income: its funding budget is made up of investment returns, and it takes the greatest possible care to manage its assets as wisely as possible.
-
Payments are made from a grants reserve fund which is replenished from the return on the foundation's capital, after deducting 25% of the results which pursuant to the articles must be added to the capital to secure its maintenance.
-
The foundation seeks at all times to manage its capital in the best possible way and to follow a responsible and consistent grant policy.
-
For the sake of continuity the foundation seeks to maintain its grants reserve fund at a level of least twice the annual funding budget.
